I recently had the pleasure of attending a very thought provoking "Condition Yellow" course provided by SRST.  I am a retired U.S. Special Operations (SEAL) operator and have traveled world-wide over a period that spanned a 28 year career.  The skills and knowledge that I garnered in those years is too vast to put into words and I wouldn't know where to begin.  I attended the course to see what these guys were putting out to the "John & Mary Q-publics" and I was impressed.  Not the Jason Bourne type information but more of the "street smarts" information that not everyone possesses or realize they have in this day and age of technology where just about everything is a key stroke away on any type of device. Where the rubber meets the road with SRST and the information that was presented is they put it into practical terms that can be applied to everyday life.  Mike Guzman presents their course at the non-operator level even though he himself is a 20 year veteran of the U.S. Special Operations (Army Ranger & Green Beret).  Easy to follow and presented with plenty of follow up to any questions anyone may have.  I would recommend this course to anyone, teenager to seasoned adult.  The information is appropriate and accurate for today's world that we live in.

I just completed the Handgun course this last weekend.  I started out completely inexperienced and by the end of a full day of training I felt my skill level had improved significantly.  I really enjoyed the approach to step by step fundamentals and how I felt that the instructors wanted for me to have a safe environment and really learn effective techniques.  100%+  all around.  I wish I could train with them on a regular basis.

Highly skilled instructors make all the difference in Defensive firearm training.  These guys get it done.

Mike is an experience instructor and leader! His style of instruction makes learning a difficult skill easy! I highly recommend Mike to anyone, beginner,intermediate, and expert shooters. Enjoy!!

Thank you SRST for another excellent course. There was some very good, quality information provided in the recent Condition Yellow class. The instructors were excellent, and very knowledgeable. I walked away with a lot of great information I can use for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this class to anyone. Looking forward to future classes with SRST.

I took the Debunking the myths of guns class and it was easily 200% more informative than I ever expected. I would (and have) recommend this class NOT ONLY for first time or new gun owners but also for people wanting to refine their skills. I can not wait to participate in the next upcoming class to continue to refine my skills.
